Thank you for the wonderful feedback.
How do we make knead the flour ,with hot water or normal water, will the rotis be soft for carrying as lunch to office
Thank you for your query about Floryo Gluten Free Atta. Our unique blend of Jowar, Rice, and Chana Sattu contains zero gluten, which is what typically binds wheat-based dough.
For soft rotis, use hot or lukewarm water to knead. Without gluten, this dough lacks elasticity, so hot water improves the texture. After kneading, rest the dough for 15-20 minutes before rolling chapati. This helps the flour absorb moisture, resulting in a softer dough.
Additionally, it's worth noting that chapati made from Floryo Gluten Free Atta is best enjoyed when freshly prepared and hot. However, if you wrap it properly and follow the recommended method for making rotis, it can retain its softness for a longer duration, making it a convenient choice for your meals at office.
