Tasty, but........

The dough turns out to be very 'hard' and difficult to roll into a round shape. Couldn't make rotis. Eventually made mis-shaped paranthas.

For the best results, we recommend adding a little extra water while kneading and letting the dough rest for about 15 minutes. This allows it to become soft and supple, making it easier to roll into round shapes. Parathas made this way also turn out delicious and flaky!
